The date today is 08 April 2020. It's for the first time I see this outstanding music by Eddie Grant. Give Thanks Brother Eddie Grant and the backing band. I don't know how l missed such a show. This show reminds me of a live song by Brother Eddie title Jamaican Child which so unique. Wow! What a song and what a music. From the Royal Soldier all the way from Azania (South Africa)

I lived on the frontline with you
it was the start of it
We walked down the same Avenues
      That was part of it
My Mama made us some baken Koekoe
      For dine on Saturdays
I don't want to taste nothing new
      There's nothing to taste
      And there's nothing so good
      Oh Lord
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      It's more than myself
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      Ho nana, ho nana, ho
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      It's more than myself
I could never leave the struggle behind me
I feel everything that they do
I feel so proud of you
I know what it takes to be true
      Deceit bring solitude
I don't ever want you to be blue
And be weak like some of them
      No dazzling have bought fortitude
      There's nothing so good
      And there's nothing so big
      Oh Lord
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      It's more than myself
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      Ho nana, ho nana, ho
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      It's more than myself
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      Oh now

I could never leave the struggle behind me
      It's more than myself
I could never leave the struggle behind me
      Oh now
(I could never leave the struggle behind me)
      Yes
      I hear, I hear
I hear they got themselves a brand new President
I hear we got a brand new President
I hear America have a brand new President
      Yes, I hear
      (Yea brand new President)
      I hear America
      (Yea brand new President)
      Gets a
      (Yea brand new President)
      I hear, I hear
      (Yea brand new President)
But nobody knows where Obama come from
      (Yea brand new President)
      (Yea brand new President)
Nobody knows where Obama come from
      (Yea brand new President)
Some people say he born inna London
      (Yea brand new President)
Some people say he born in Chicago
      (Yea brand new President)
All of them Premiums them say that they don't know
      (Yea brand new President)
      Ho nana, ho nana, ho
      (Yea brand new President)
Nobody knows where Obama come from
      As far as I'm concern
He could have come from Scotland
      (Yea brand new President)
      On the street they say
      He looks like Steve Biko
      (Yea brand new President)
That is the fact that even I don't know
      Ho nana, ho nana, ho
      (Yea brand new President)
But here is what I know
Obama says, Obama say he comes from the struggle
      (Yea brand new President)
He come to America to free up them people
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama says that he has got much of the East
      (Yea brand new President)
He tell America that he is the police
      (Yea brand new President)
Ho nana, ho nana, ho nana, ho nana, ho
      (Yea brand new President)
Ho nana, ho nana, ho nana, ho nana, ho
      (Yea brand new President)
I know where Obama come from
      (Yea brand new President)
I say I know where Obama come from
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama, he come from Nelson Mandela
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama, he come from Jomo Kenyatta
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama, he come from Kwame da Nkrumah
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama, he come from Marcus Garvey
      (Yea brand new President)
If Obama says that then he's gonna please me
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama, he come from Julius Nyerere
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama, he come from Patrice Lumumba
      (Yea brand new President)
Because them is the man who free up Africa
      (Yea brand new President)
Obama, he come from Kwame Na Nkrumah
      (Yea brand new President)
