I'm really sorry for the late reply, I used that too, but honestly, I'm using BlendJet 2 right now, it's perfect than all this. It's little bit bigger and more powerful.

How many hours for the first time charge? I tried to test how it works but it was not blended. I clicked the button twice, nothing happened.
For the model I got, it took around 2 hours after unboxing and then it started to function properly. Can you try it again after charging it fully? Also, did you use any hard fruits or vegetables for blending?

You can treat it like a normal mixer. Just wash it regularly by removing all the lids and make sure they are dry before you start to use them again.

Should be around 1 hour or so, I moved to BlendJet 2 lately.
