This was one of my most favourite shows as a kid! Remember coming home from school and sitting down with a snack or my tea and watching. So much nostalgia!
These kids did phenomenal! I wasn’t so judgy as a kid watching this but rewatching it now as an adult, I cringe at how poorly a lot of the kids did. So this was a relieving episode to watch. They killed it. Also I love how my like is number 666.
Yeah I remember a lot of these, where they only got to the stone, or bronze, prizes - or ran out of time and got locked in. There's a reason why there was a 20 second warning. This episode was great though; they could have sat down and had a picnic in the amount of time they had left over!

Crystal Maze did do kids episodes (their Christmas episodes, the first of which I believe a then 15 year old Michael Underwood was team captain). Plus In 2019, Nickelodeon did an American version of Crystal Maze with that featured teams of families (3 kids and 2 adults) filmed on the same set as the British version, utilizing the mega crystal, and awarding up to $25K as the grand prize in the Crystal Dome; its legal for kids to win cash on game shows in America.
They were definitely one of the best. In this era of the show, they were the second best, only beaten by Team GB, which kinda goes without saying, but considering these were kids and were only 1 small statue behind Team GB's, they are really impressive.

Crystal Maze did do kids episodes (their Christmas episodes, the first of which I believe a then 15 year old Michael Underwood was team captain). Plus In 2019, Nickelodeon did an American version of Crystal Maze with that featured teams of families (3 kids and 2 adults) filmed on the same set as the British version, utilizing the mega crystal, and awarding up to $25K as the grand prize in the Crystal Dome; its legal for kids to win cash on game shows in America.

They were definitely one of the best. In this era of the show, they were the second best, only beaten by Team GB, which kinda goes without saying, but considering these were kids and were only 1 small statue behind Team GB's, they are really impressive.
