Major design flaw with that kitchen sink so far away from everything. It should have been in the fist island and the second island used for entertainment.
Love the 3D glass back splash and the upstairs. I don't care much for living room area and kitchen. The living room is tall, but still looks small in square footage for such a huge house.

I like the home but it’s going to be really difficult to get my car in the garage with all that grass and the big palm tree planted right in the middle.
Hi Joe Yes, my little candy for Sunday afternoon. A really great villa. A clear and matter-of-fact cool exterior design. Functional and yet elegantly of high quality. The 2-storey entrance area, the office and dining room and the main room are simply great. Likewise the covered entrance with the small terrace. The kitchen is amazing. This is really a highlight with the two islands! I will cook deliciously right away! Likewise the backjard area with the pool and the master bedroom. More than beautiful. The same goes for the large garage. With direct access to the house. I'm a bit ambivalent about the rooms on the first floor. The loft and mediaroom are really great. A balcony would be another highlight. The bedrooms: less would be more for me. Yes, they are all a nice size. But I would like a second master suite instead of the two rooms above the master bedroom and only 2 guest rooms, for this with two own bathroom. But it really is a great house. This is house is fire 🔥 I love it the only I would have change is the sink in the second island and put in the first one island and I would have put a stand alone tub in the bathroom on the first floor It’s a beautiful bathroom to have a shitty tub like that lol 😂 just my own opinion great house overall and great video thank you brother keep them coming

Would love to see this home as is with no upgrades. I'm surprised builder didn't install better grade name appliances like wolf, or anything but GE Cafe. ...good thing there are two microwaves so you have one when the first one breaks after a year.

Talk about the pool, I got the permit from HOA already but still waiting for permit from the city. I made deposit since March 1/2021. I still don’t know how long from now it will take to initiate the construction. It’s very slow. How is your pool project coming along?
Another month just major design flaw that sink is too far away from the stove who's going to want to sell a pot of water and take it all the way over to the stove

It's a model home so they want it to look pretty and there is no need for a driveway because the garage is being used as the salespeoples' office. Before someone moves in, they will remove the trees, etc and build a driveway.

I love the courts with the veining. That’s really nice. Those are café appliances. That’s a GE brand. You might even be able to get the GE profile kitchen hub
That does mean you’re going to get smart home technology
Disappointed in the master closets
Whoever designed that kitchen should be forced to cook in it several times for guests! That sink is much too far from the stove, You will curse that every time You carry freshly washed ingredients to the back or heavy pots to the sink. How can anybody willingly ruin such a beautiful kitchen with such bad functional design?
