- In this video I show you and tell you how to fax on a Canon Pixma TR4522 printer. This printer is truly an all in one wireless printer because it has the ability to send faxes to other numbers. Many printers can copy, scan, and print, but only a handful of printer nowadays have the ability to send a fax. With that being said, I show you exactly how to do it with some simple steps.

You might like to revise or correct some of the information; I have a similar printer but the OK button does not dialed the destination number but the Start does.

Agree! I think he misinformed a bit. The number on my TR4520 does not dial when you press OK. The Start buttons dialed the number and send the documents. He needs to do this over and correct the misinformations. I was however able to learn where tand how to place multiple copies

My sincere apologies. I went to double check. It looks like for multiple copies It s the Start button that dials and sends the documents.; however the OK does work as you have demonstrated only when a single copy is placed inside printer on scanner.
Videos like this don't help. I need to see you ACTUALLY send a fax. Not mock fax nothing. When I dial the number I don't need to press OK, it just starts ringing. So that's one error in this video already. I've tried a couple videos now and no one dials an actual test number to fax to. The Canon and HP numbers just give errors. So I have no idea how to actually fax something.

I typed in the landline number my WiFi goes through and my test fax wouldn’t go through I sent it to test I’d set it up correctly

So do i need to have internet connection for faxing?
You need a dial tone.... Just a landline would work.
@@Mark-OutWest doesn’t seem to work. I press fax option button. Dial number with paper set in tray to send, press black and white, it dials but then doesn’t work. All pages go through but i don’t get receipt to say it went through. I’m stumped.
Can't see the demonstration window, wrong location. Not actually sending fax without sound, unhelpful.
How to accept a fax?
Add the number on settings your house phone number if you set automatically without phone it’s easier if not I think you have to pick up the phone when it rings
