This is becoming my favorite pedal channel. All the other channels I watch have slowly turned into infomercials over the years. They always start off making videos about pedals they love. Once they get really popular they always transition into making commercials for companies that send them free pedals. I understand that people need to make a living. I do enjoy a good commercial when it's made clear that it's a paid promotion. Still, nothing beats a raw honest demo made by someone who personally owns & uses the pedal.
@@nicholasrella6904 hey man, thanks that means so much! Most of the Pedals I review I bought with my own money. From time to time I do get sent a pedal (that I contacted the builder for), but that's usually stuff I would have bought myself either way (if I could afford it, 4-6 reviews/pedals per month is not something that I could financially uphold for an extended time). But in those cases I disclose that and do an honest review as well, there's no agreement for me to say anything but my honest opinion, also there's no money changing hands. That being said, this channel has helped me build great relationships and friendships in the guitar community and -industry that I am super thankful for. As a general rule, if there's a pedal that I think is bad (especially regarding build quality and sound. Visuals are super subjective of course), I'm simply not gonna review it. This channel is a bit of a tone searching journal for me, too. So no point in documenting the non-inspiring things :) Thanks so much for the kind words 👍
@@PedalsandTea I tore my shoulder at work & have been out on comp the past few months. I've had a lot more free time on my hands. I'm a pedal junky. I watch pretty much all the pedal videos. Sometimes I think I might enjoy watching pedal videos more than actually playing with my pedals. 😂 Right now I can't play very much since shoulder's not fully healed yet. I've followed guys like Knobs, Collector//Emitter & Mark Johnston since the beginning. I love all those channels, but the earliest videos were by far the most inspiring. This channel has that same vibe. A nice blend of classic pedals & lesser known builders. Not just the latest trendy pedals that everyone makes the same videos about. 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻🎸

Awesome tones and pedal!
@@thevaliant_music it's a really great and unique one. I'll definitely check more of his stuff out if I can get my hands on some.

Fantastic sound especially during the intro part.

Intensive Care Audio are such a cool manufacturer. I had the Vena Cava for a while, which was really interesting.
