I do a diag RPFT the forst week of aug. just finished my 3rd 6miler w/ a 40# pack at a 14:30pace and in 1hr 26min. 8miles next week. Workin hard on this 5mi run tho.. push ups and situps are good. Trying to train that Anaerobic threshold and cardio sys to work more efficiently 😂

Going to Ranger school is my top goal in the Army right now! I’m currently a 11B sergeant getting ready to do Green to Gold and commission as an Infantry officer. I wanna be an asset to my soldiers and to the nation.
Getting sent to Ranger during my deployment. Because weight constraints I only took what was on my packing list so I’m literally missing every essential besides ruck, assault pack, sleep system and couple minor things. I’d leave the ranger pack with family at graduation before they fly me back across the pond. Regardless I’m getting a pack at some point. Appreciate all the work you put in. This is truly the one stop shop channel for no bullshit Ranger knowledge.

I have been watching your videos since before basic training to get ready for the army! Been in for 2 years now and i think i am ready to give ranger school a shot! My run time is good! My situps are good! And my pushups are decent! (Trying to stay humble😂) my 12mile is ~2:28:00. Only thing keeping me from going to ranger school is the packing list cost and my hair i dont want to shave it 😂😂😂
