It's guys like this who put all the work in to make everything else work that get very little recognition! The DJ gets the most then sound and lighting....even the events facilities before the guys who make the foundation to an amazing team performance.....my hat is bowed to you👍
I see it like a stealth game. If I can get in and out unseen and unheard and accomplish my mission, that’s my recognition. No need for anyone’s recognition, we KNOW there ain’t no show without us.
That's an awesome set up! Shout out to the stage crew! I remember a couple of years ago, Los Lonely Boys we're supposed to play here in my town. The promotor tried cutting corners so he could pocket more money on the set up. It was a very sad looking wooden stage with pallets and blocks of wood to even out the corners. Held together by ratchet tie down straps. It was held outside in a dirt field. Cheesy DJ lighting. Lonely Boys pulled up and saw it, turned around and left. The people blamed Lonely Boys for the show not going on. Nobody blamed the promotor for being shady.
I'm a volunteer tech / General assistant for the Mick Jagger performing arts centre in Dartford England , and on a typical show day it takes just 3 of us excluding any other production crew we have in the venue with us 4 to 7 hours to put the stage up , build the pa stacks , set the monitors up , set up the mics and stage box's and run the cables around the stage , it doesn't sound a lot but it is one hard job just for the three of us , but I love it and wouldn't do anything else.
@@mudgepacker7600 You didn't get the joke... What??? :) Vansdamme13 is saying, are you building the March Madness music festival or are you building one of America's biggest music festivals (Ultra).

Holy moly - thats a lot of steelwork.
There will be no party if there are no hardworkers like them!🙌
Shoutout to my ladies doing this! 🎉💪💋
Shut up
I miss this.... Damn Covid. They didn't show all of the storms that came through as we were loading in video though.
It's amazing work gys
How does one start a career as a stage builder? Great upload 😊
Thanks to people like y’all frfr
Olhando assim a montagem desse palco, me da uma felicidade de saber que pelo menos nessa área o Brasil tá bem mais na frente.
I wanna know how much does it cost ? Never thought it requires this much work to build a stage wow 😲
ALGUN DIA VOY A TRABAJAR EN UNA COMPANIA ASI!!! FELICIDADES!!!

Respect!
I see some ground men not wearing their skull caps. Going home safely, every day, is job #1. Other than that little bit of nitpicking, job well done.
There's some high riggers unclipped in this
These guys are Sick. O.O

@@VirtueVsEvil i wish UMF would take place in Texas
Agreed! UMF even goes to the land down under.
The March Madness Music festival stage is heaps better the the UMF Australia stage.
i see this scaffhold sistem in lot of videos is not layher and is not marcegaglia. In europe we use only layher
This without COVID-19
we need gender equality in these type of jobs
Holy f meanwhile we only have 3 men on a stage build 🤣
Wow
