As a newbie miner I would like to see a step by step for connecting the AL box in both hero miners and unmineable to mine bitcoin, which is better and what kind of returns it generates in BTC compared to just mining the ALPH and swapping for BTC. Hey man thanks for stopping by :) Yeah I think all that early drama about it not working properly was just fake news, or perhaps it was the firmware update that fixed it. I wonder when Bitmain ALPH miner might release, so far they have been oddly quiet. My thought is if they have something close to finished, they would have announced it at the same time as Goldshell announced the AL BOX to hurt Goldshell's sales. This is just speculation on my part though. I know you know a lot about this stuff so I'm curious to hear what you think?
Bought a Deep in the Mines breakout board (July last year) to replace my always failing Parallel Miner breakout boards (4 in total). Only had a KD Box on it so wasn't overpowering it or anything. Been happy with the purchase.
@@SebsFinTechChannel will be looking forward to your review. They seem to be reliable so far. Think the downfall for the other breakout boards was the power button. Don't feel like making a jumper to bypass the switch (seen a video on UA-cam) since feel it could be a fire hazard.
I've had all 3 of my Parallel Miner breakout boards fail in the same way, they don't turn on anymore. Have to go and solder a wire on the contacts (specific to each psu pinout) that turn the psu on so that the board is always on and bypasses whatever power on/off circuitry that Parallel Miner uses. I'm looking forward to seeing if these are better.
This certainly sounds good too, but I think it's still worth considering more reliable options like copy trading platforms such as Eledator, for example.
Wow, It's making a LOT less per day than when you placed the order. You're going to have to follow your strategy of holding all that coin and hope that ALPH moons during this run. I think it will. That's not a bad bet.
Yeah very true. One thing to note is UPS delayed delivery of my miner for over a week, so that's a good amount of profit I missed out on due to UPS being incompetent in my area, so I got unlucky there.
Hello i see that you configured it i some seconds. I tried the same way as you but after a pick my hashrate falls to 0 (150 blocks). I had firmware versione 2.2.5. I tried also to downgrade to 2.2.4 but nothing changed. Can you have any suggestion ?
Well it can mine Kadena or be used as a space heater. If another coin comes out that uses the same algorithm as KDA it should be able to mine that coin too.
I’d say if you can, set up their official desktop wallet on a dedicated drive, save the seed phrase somewhere safe (on paper, NOT digitally), get the wallet address and then just put that hard drive away somewhere safe. I have a video about that process here: ua-cam.com/video/RkjqSkyiWLk/v-deo.html
I honestly don't understand why you're discussing these dubious schemes. There are plenty of options like Eledator and similar ones that are fast and profitable.

Unfortunately not but that’s because Nicehash doesn’t support the Alephium mining algorithm
