Get one! They’re amazing lil tanks! I love my studio 12! I didn’t get the light or pump and rocks etc tho coz I’m in australia, but the carbon, filter floss, bio blocks, rfg extras are all great additions! 👌👊🥰

How’s the quality compared to a waterbox?
@@MiniManAu I think it’s pretty similar to waterbox, but I don’t own a waterbox, should arrive in a month, unfortunately mine being the first to aus get sent back by customs because of some free bacteria they had thrown in, I think March has noted down not to send bacteria to Aus now tho, but yeah coz mine got sent back it had to arrive, me contact March, March send out a new one, so took a couple months for mine, I chose it because on paper the rear chamber for the pump was slightly bigger than the waterbox allowing a bigger pump, I think the Sicce sincra silent 2.0 will just fit (might be a size off, it was a year ago I was looking at them all) I got the 1.5 in mine tho, if I was to buy again I would contact March and try to get a full kit, with lid, and the filter area insert shelve things also, and electronics prob not ideal to get from them either due to plug differences, but the small rocks, some brs glue and a couple packs of the square marine pure blocks (reef casa brand) would all be great to get in a package deal I’m sure March would do a great deal on as much as can fit inside the tank for u, I think they do small bags of salt to get h started too! But yeah send March an email let him know ur in aus so can’t get the bacteria or any live sand etc (just to remind him) and see what kind of deal package he can do for u, postage wasn’t cheap, but because the tank is cheaper it works out to a similar price to rrp of a waterbox anyway I think… my tank is still kinda sorting itself out, had some problems with Dino’s, and will be getting an ato for it this year for sure 😊

the tank actually already had from the previous owner , with my nano I just sprinkled in some pieces from my main tank -- not sure if that is what did it or not but I have Coraline in there 🤷🏻♀️

For building aquascape i use a crazy glue type that is a thick cyanoacrylate gel. Then spray insta set and use e-marco to give a natural look and to help hold. With flat pieces you probably could skip the marco.Insta set is amazing i could pick up 15 pound piece structure a minute later without them breaking apart. Never had luck with epoxy’s

Pronounced Hi-drom-iter. Aquascaping with the shelf rock can be done with watery liquid superglue and pour a fine sugar grade sand onto the superglue to bond it

I can’t believe it’s the 1 year mark
The only thing I don't like about this is that the light is a rebranded aqua knight 2 that's cheaper elsewhere. I had two of these on my first tank but the fan noise was unbearable so I had to get rid of them - hopefully they've fixed that now! Also if you want a full blue period at night, put them on wifi timers and set the third time slot to full blues and switch off via the timer when you want it to be lights out. It'll keep the timer programme when it switches back on in the morning.
But to be fair, this is an amazing kit. More companies should sell kits that literally have everything like this.
