Just a tip of advice from someone who mains this guy, always reload before you pick someone up. You will see its value after you get blinded or DSed after picking someone up. Also save the best for last is hands down the best perk on this guy. At 8 stacks it's a guaranteed down on any survivor. Walk up, hit them, immediately aim and shoot after animation. They won't get far after 8 stacks, and if you see the obsession just shoot them and intentionally break the chain so you injur them without losing stacks.

@@tammushican4823 STBFL still works the same with max stacks, however if you shoot the obsession it will take stacks away now, unlike before where you had to m1 them. So you have to avoid the obsession at all costs now, but it still works otherwise

I don’t play much dbd, but I used to play Slinger. The problem with spirit fury on him is that people predrop pallets very often. I’d rather run something to break pallets faster or switched it for some information perk instead
I notice one critical flaw with using Play with Your Food in this build, and you can see it at 6:20 - you lose stacks when you fire your gun. Now that Chucky has come out, maybe Batteries Included could be a good alternative for speed. Especially since there's no slowdown in the build.

@tj9287 not many people can play slinger like him, so it's not as big a deal(also he sometimes uses add-ons that burn after one use so these ate tailored games)I do admit that you are in for a fight against a good slinger in soloqueue like I play but sometimes with a good team he is the one worried haha.

@Iberium I know him as he comments on alot of my comments and others(like you said)on this channel. I always try to be kind and encouraging cuz he seems to want to play the game but doesn't change his tactics(learn and adapt)yeah there are things that are frustrating in the game but after you have been playing for years you see it come and go and you learn to compensate to the nerfs and buffs. People have often complained the game is "unfair" but that goes both ways(killer and survivor)you just need more experience and time with the game. I always encourage people not to DC, stay in the game and learn(all this coming from a solo queue only player with over 1000 hrs in game)

I don't think anyone actually goes out of their way to look for these spots. It just comes naturally with hours and experience where you can do some things and where you cant

I think coup would work better rather than spirit fury, because with the speed along with your longer lunges, you’re much more likely to hit those long loops and not lose your Play with your Food stacks by missing around a pallet. Still great tho, love to see some high speed Deathslinger gameplay 😂👍

@@tj9287 yeah but he’s not able to maintain overall map pressure, so if you’re a spread out team you can probably gen rush the shit out of a death slinger. Even in this vid people were able to get like 1 or 2 gens done before they even got their first hook. And you’re still able to juke his gun so that he misses his shot and has to reload again. That’s like calling Myers OP cus he can go into tier 3 and Insta down someone, meanwhile the entire team is probably all on one gen and then gets them all done before Myers can even get one hook.
There’s plenty of counterplay if you think about it, rather than just going “killer OP” the second they show any sort of expertise in a certain field.

I'm not the one to give out to many advice for DBD since I'm not good at the game, but, you can try getting to the obsession by hitting them with the power and breaking the chain, puts them into mending, you don't waste any stacks for Play and Save. Of course, that's just for the first hit, to down you got to slap them a bit. Just a tip, over all love the videos!

Dissolution instead of spirit fury would be better, get your 5% haste and then when they vault the pallet it breaks.
The 3 second wait time combined with the fact that survivors are told you are running Dissolution ahead of time makes using that perk quite painful.

Instead of play with your food and spirit fury which you get like one or two uses a game
you should use pop and trail of torment. The speed is amazing for sneaking on survivors while undetectable

Good deathslinger gameplay is fun to watch. I had no idea you could snipe through vaults to get a down, I’ll be using that from now on…
I’ve started playing deathslinger a while back, he’s insanely easy to use given my experience with First person shooters, mostly Insurgency sandstorm and DayZ where Aim assist isn’t really available, it’s super easy leading your shots too if your decent at sniping in DayZ, but I haven’t touched the game in little over 4 months as it’s just draining this game, and also I’ve got Texas Chainsaw Massacre now, which in my opinion is a lot more fun in my own personal opinion.

I feel like dissolution would be better than spirit fury in this build. Stbfl and rb make getting to another pallet unlikely, and dissolution will make staying at a pallet completely useless. Doesn't require getting stunned either

hes playing really good but hes got no idea how to use those perks, farming speed for what? to lose it on the obsession along with STBFL? why did you farm it up than for 1 minute just to go to 0 on him anyways? u havent hit more than 6 stacks once. not once have oyu had 3 stacks on speed. and when you did have 6 stbfl you had always 0 speed. like whats the reason for the speed perk if you havent really used it once on anyone else than the obsession itself where you jsut lost all those hard earned stbfl
