Walking on Main Street in the City of Orange, New Jersey | West Orange to East Orange

A walk tour on Main Street in Orange, NJ. I started filming in the West Orange, NJ side close to the border with Orange, then I walked through the whole City of Orange on Main St up to the border with East Orange, NJ. Filmed on 5/5/2023 at 6:58 pm. Temp was 58°F / 14°C.
Main Street is the main commercial street of the City of Orange. The are lot of restaurants, stores, and more... is where there is a high density of business and people. There is a train station a block from Main Street at S Essex Ave. City of Orange is part of The Oranges in Essex County, New Jersey.

Main street seems to have changed in demographics ever since East Orange and Orange became Sanctuary Cities.

Nice little city. I'm gonna visit new England next fall, maybe I'll stop by visiting Newark and West Orange :)

@@y_e_s_L Thank you, I'm gonna start my car journey from Point Pleasent, West Virgina, then drive to Washington, Philadelphia, NYC, Newark, a few places in Connecticut, then Albany and Vermont. I'm gonna move to Canada by car after that since I applied for a 12 months visa there.
Any place you suggest me to go on the way, I'm born and raised in Italy and will be fun seeing places with high concentration of Italian-American heritage. Thanks.

My friends a cop there he says most dangerous town (worse than East Orange) but I don’t see it. I go and visit and never see crime. He’s a cop though 40 years, I’m sure he sees lots more than I (or you) do. Nice video though. Grew up bussing to Orange to shop on Main Street. (The 60’s!)

I used to live in a 3 family house @ 380 Oakwood ave. in the late '60's.
Now there is a giant apartment building standing where I once lived.
