Interesting. I understand that Buildship is partnered for this video, but I would suggest to also make similar flows (and tutorials) for N8N and ActivePieces, which can be hosted on user's own server
James actually explains this in the video. FF action flows will only occur on the device when the app is running, which will obviously not be all of the time. For anything you need to happen independent of the user having the app open, you will need to externalize these in to a standalone service, then you can update the data when the app loads again.
