I have the same phone, but it is an official global ROM with Android 14. Is it being worked on? It is an official global version. Should I go back to Android 13 for it to work?

If your device is rmx3700 and you unlocked bootloader, then you can.
If your device is rmx3701 then you can't unlock bootloader and you can't downgrade

You can't unlock bootloader on a14 for Neo5/SE/GT5. You need to be on a13
