How to repair fiber laser source || 3 steps to know || Raycus MAX IPG

Before the laser source repairing, take raycus laser sourcce as an example， we will have the following check steps.
1. First，Check out the problems one by one through the Raycus Monitoring APP;
2. Second, Check the Circuit Board iS damaged or not;
3. Third, Test the actual power and mark each pump power and if there's a large power rate drop down, it's the pump source damage.
4. Fourth, Test the output light of the laser source cable.
This video shows the Procedures of our engineer repairing Raycus laser source.the cause of the laser source is the Circuit board damaged.
Raycus laser source 1500W sent by customer for repairing. Connect the chiller and the line, ready to start the test.It is tested that the circuit board is burnt out, and the engineer is replacing the burned circuit board module.The circuit board is repaired successfully, The engineer is installing the machine.Before delivery, we need to test the current actual power rate shows 1544W.
Then we pack the laser source and prepare to ship to the customer.
