- Traveling to the austrian alps is always worth it. It’s a beautiful place for hiking or climbing in the mountains. There are easy trails for beginners and difficult ones for people with more experience.
Miker Rutter is a mountain and ski guide in the Alpine Club in Innsbruck and presents the classifications, characteristics and differences of hiking trails and mountain trails.
In contrast to mountain trails, hiking trails do not require extensive experience and professional equipment.
Mountain trails move in the alpine region and require recovery and appropriate mountain clothing. They are often steep and narrow.

Rinnenspitze and Grosser Trogler from the west are both shown as black on the Stubai Hiking Map. Rinnenspitze is much more scary, I didn't have the courage to climb the ladders.
The last part of the hike to Rinnenspitze is very exposed. You need to have a sure-footedness and a head for heights. Until the Rinnensee Lake it is a very scenic hike and we can really recommend it! ❤

Sehr informativ, danke! Gibt es auch Wanderkarten, wo die Wege entsprechend "eingefärbt" sind? Auf meinen ist alles rot, allenfalls strichliert, obwohl auch die durchgehend roten teilweise ausgesetzt und für nicht Schwindelfreie nicht begehbar sind.
