Thank you my friend for those heartwarming words! The moment I reunite with my rl bricks, I will want to recreate this castle, but unfortunately it is still a long way to go...
So awesome I am at 2:27 so impressed loved the scarecrow…I just saw the Lego Viking long boats which had the capability of coming from the ocean down rivers which caught the English by surprise would be a cool battle to have some long boats vs the army of serfs and whatever nobility is around your keep
Any chance of this true beauty of a build appearing on rebrickable?? Compliments on the historical authenticity and magnificent integration with the beautiful landscape. Can’t seem to find these arch 1x2 jumper (#38583) in light bluish gray (for the large windows) which makes me think it is a computer model??
Well I got a bit distracted while creating the instructions so unfortunately they are far away from getting completed unfortunately. And yeah you're right, it's a computer model because I live abroad and I couldn't bring my lego with me xD. If you want further information you can always dm me on my insta
From one castle builder to another I got to say this looks pretty sweet. Especially like the natural look of the river. Very nice! (Also less than one second in to your vid I know it will be good with the sfx from rammstein)
Thank you for the overwhelming feedback 🙌 the river comes out very good but it's a very easy and lazy building technique 😅 and nice job on recognizing the rammstein intro💪💪
hello! Amazing moc, definitely a good inspiration for a kingdom moc I am planning on making (although mine uses a lot of official sets/rebrickable alt builds, with my own modifications) I’m just wondering, what size baseplates did you use? i’m assuming 32 x 32 x 10 but I may be wrong. Thank you!
Really curious; what software are you using to make these mocs? I use *Lego Digital Designer* but it's outdated and not as clean looking as your images.
Yeah I am currently struggling with this issue as well. I guess studio has some problems with printed parts at the moments, it's quite frustrating. Printed torsos and tiles also don't show up
Hi, we are Reobrix, a leading building block manufacturer in China. We deeply admire your work and would love to collaborate on an exciting new project. Could we discuss the possibility of purchasing some of your designs?
This is my favorite for sure, I love the buttresses
Thanks! They give a lot more strength to the tower 💪
The vegetation and river are so beautiful! The level of detail built into the keep is just incredible
Thank you my friend, it was very fun to build also!
I love to see such a lively and detailed moc which also does an incredible job at historical flavor!
you had me with the Anno 1503 music
You recognized it! Yeah this game is a all time classic and definitely a huge source of inspiration
Wow. Pat yourself on the back. A beautiful build and perfect music to accompany the video.
Thank you for the compliments :)
So many details! I love the colorful interior.
Thank you for your support?
Wow master peace. This is what a medieval keep should look like. Lovely design. Looks very historically accurate. Greeting Lego castle channel.🏰🏰🏰👍
Thank you! The castle is inspired by the simple square keep of England and Northern France. Also like your videos! Keep on the hard work 🏰💪
A very nice medieval MOC, close to reality, many convincing details in a harmonious setting.👍
Danke Holstenbricks, vielen Dank für dein Lob, es bedeutet mir sehr viel! Weiterhin viel Erfolg bei deiner Burg🤝
Awesome amount of details ! Congrats !
Thanks you my friend!
Thats probably the Best castle moc I've seen. Great build. You should build it with Real bricks. That must be great fun.
Thank you my friend for those heartwarming words! The moment I reunite with my rl bricks, I will want to recreate this castle, but unfortunately it is still a long way to go...

This would indeed be a great scene to appreciate! Unfortunately, I think that the river is too small to fit a longboat in it :(
Too good, love it!
Thx ;)

Thanks mate! Yes, I am currently in the making of another medieval MOC :)
@@brickinger_2157 I'll, make sure and check that out when your done
Will you publish the instructions for this great castle build ?
A lot of people are requesting instructions so I think that I will be forced to finalize them haha, I'll let you know of my plans on my insta
Please give me a heads up when the instructions are available. This set is the best representation of the period I’ve ever seen. Keep in touch.
@@neilworroll9278 Here you go, as promised: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-153544/brickinger_/norman-keep/#details
Do you know How many bricks you have used for the keep alone? Great work!
Thanks! I think that I used around 7000 bricks for the keep alone
What kind of torso did you use for the soldiers?
I used the torso from the 2008/9 castle series. But instead of using the blue arms I used grey ones

Thank you and your project sounds neat! I used 3x3 baseplates à 32x32 studs :)
Really curious; what software are you using to make these mocs?
I use *Lego Digital Designer* but it's outdated and not as clean looking as your images.
I use Bricklink Studio.2. Its free and it gets regularly updated. And it is as simple to use!
@@brickinger_2157 Thanks for the response! I'll download it and have a look.
Wouah !
Merci !
Hmm can this be built in real life like Guédelon Castle in France? Anyone want to start a crowdfunding source?
This would be insane!
do you have instruction ?
I dont sell the instructions but you are able to by the MOC on medievalbrick.com if you are interested :)
And now you can also check out the instructions on rebrickable: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-153544/brickinger_/norman-keep/#details
why can't i find the cat with the face in studio?? it's just blank
