Moore's passive has always worked like that. It doesn't respond to counterattacks, only the first hit of an opponent's actual turn that targets him. I like diffusing him with Roid, 1st hit procs passive, but still defense breaks, then Roid's passive 2nd attack resets his atb and provokes him. It's perfection.
the new ld 5 makes ur units deal more dmg the lower their hp, if one would pair him with her and light taoist it could be a legit team. Not sure if it lacks def breaks and/or strip tho
Trevor was one of my first 6* and my favorite monster back then in 2015. Lost that Account. Never build him again since then, i should do that right now. 😂
He had a few things working against him there. 1) the Lushen had a shield 2) no attack buff 3) no defense break 4) Trevor had full HP 5) I had him built with HP% on slot 6

I think he still needs to get buffed, i mean if he couldnt kill a lushen in one shot that says a lot
