I read where the video in the judge's chambers showed the sheriff calling his daughter from his phone...and then using the judge's phone and he has the sheriff s daughter in his phone. I read that some are saying sheriff's wife was trying to leave him and the judge was helping her..hence sheriff s daughter's nbr on judge's phone. We shall see as things progress...
CLR Bruce Rivers is also a good law tube site. He's a defense attorney so I don't always agree with his point of view as a rule follower, but he has great insight. If I were a criminal in Florida, he'd be my attorney.
