I agree it doesn’t sound as it should. I expressed such an opinion to our local agent. I own a large earlier Prestige Viscount which I purchased second hand. I am very satisfied with it for my home as it is not in a church and I don’t play it loud due to my hearing issues. One of the main issues I have found with many digital organ installations in churches is they were encouraged to buy the most expensive for their budget and then minimise the sound system. Would you purchase and install a high end TV without a proper antenna?
How an organ will sound depends very much on the acoustics of the enclosure (ie the church or hall) . I have heard an Allen which sounded marvellous in a church with excellent acoustics and the same model sounded very harsh and directional in a building of marginal acoustics. The worse case I came across was a 3 manual Allen installed in a regional city cathedral. The church essentially ran out of money so the sound system was cut to the bone. The console at the front did not have internal speakers and the only speakers were 2 side by side at the rear. We, the organists, were told not to play loud as it blasted those at the rear. Had they bought a smaller model with a proper sound system to distribute the sound around the church it would have been a much better option.
Where we are, our $ is very low compared to the USD and with transport and sales tax the purchase of a quality organ is in reality over twice what would be paid in the USA or Europe. So unfortunately when corners are cut and it only damages the reputation of the product.
Pipe organs I think sound better in a church of marginal acoustics as the sound comes from multiple sources ie individual pipes rather than all the sound from one or two speakers. In this situation a sound engineer or expert is needed to design a sound system including multiple speakers to evenly distribute the sound around the church. Such sound systems are expensive but what good is an organ which doesn’t live up to expectations? This I feel is the problem with the organ in this video and Viscount have done themselves no favours in producing a video where the organ sounds less than it’s best.

Sorry, but it totally sounds like the organist is playing the piece right now, at first sight. The tempo falters, you can't feel the meter. A company should present a more demanding presentation as an advertisement.
By the way, the sound of the organ is beautiful, the question is whether it was recorded with a microphone or an audio cable from the organ. Because I found that the speakers distort more than it can be heard here.

sounds very artificial. each year the organs from viscount and johannus became less realistic

I had opportunity to hear recital performed by very good organist on Viscount organ. After thirst half my friend and me went away because it was worse sound I heard ever. Like organ from 1960. Terrible. I had also possibilities ti touch the keyboards. I had the same impression. They don't know what they doing.

@Tomasz Nowak Everything you have said. I know of a church that bought one of these a couple of years back. The first time I heard it I could not believe it! A Casio synthesizer from about 1985 would have sounded better! As for the overall quality & finish? Let's just not go there. The worst thing about it was the Viscount in this case replaced a 50+ year old Conn organ which was fully working & rock-solid in terms of construction quality. Had its limitations for sure but at least had a nice, warm tone, unlike the Viscount which just sounds thin, artificial & in my view downright harsh to listen to.

What a terrible sounding organ..........I would only use one of these with a Hauptwerk virtual organ!!!!

Not all the Viscounts are bad - the Physis instruments are rather good, relative to the competition! It all depends who voices it / sets it up.

It sounds so electronic, that's sad! For video they could have done it better . Our Viscount sounds really beautiful.

organgoesheavy this video is the reason my church went with an Allen. Far better than viscounts I’ve heard

I would be very interested in whether you are satisfied with your Allen organ or maybe there are even a few shots?

organgoesheavy the organ in my parish is 10 years old, and I’ve had no problems with it. My personnel organ is an Allen from the ‘80s and all I’ve had to replace was the battery that stores the presets.

Sounds awful. The impact of each note is so aggressive, and the tone tinny.
