between Shift+F and S+F which one is better for using core in awakening

sometimes i use shift+f, sometimes S+F. Most of the time I use core S+F

for capped replace the -dp and human dmg with +accuracy or +movespeed i guess
Which coreskills do you use for 1vX?
Could you also tell me about how to move in 1vX?
if you want safe & consistent 1vX core, extinction (Shift+F) is really good. Sundering (S+F) is good and has much better damage but it's hard to safely switch to the red form to even use it, whereas Shift+F can be cast anytime from blue form, but lower dmg.
