If I knew how to start a business I'd start a healthcare advocacy group not beholden to doctors or insurance. I speak the language of the industry and know how to escalate and I wish more people had that option. Special Education (thankfully!) has advocates for hire that know Federal laws and what children are entitled to in public education. I'd love it if we had the healthcare version.
