    Anyone can make this simple bread! The most delicious breakfast bread you've ever eaten. There's no oven, I've been doing this for 20 years, I've never been fooled! A quick and delicious recipe.
    Ingredients for the bread recipe:
    INGREDIENTS for the dough for 2 baguettes of 45 cm each:
    ▪️ 550 g flour + some for sprinkling (I use regular wheat flour)
    ▪️ 370 ml water (27 °C)
    ▪️ 10-12 g of high quality salt (sea salt/kosher/can be pink, if you use regular table salt, much less is better)
    ▪️ 5 g dry yeast (I use regular yeast, you can use rapid yeast or live yeast (2.5 times increase)
    If the yeast granules are large or you are using live yeast, mix them with warm water and add them together
    ▪️ + Some vegetable oil is needed to lubricate the bowl
    🔴 Bake for 20 minutes at 250°C in top/bottom heat mode and 20 minutes with convection. The water will remain in the oven and will usually evaporate before the convection stage. If there is any left, remove it. If the baguettes are baking very quickly, reduce the temperature to 220°C. All home ovens are different - be careful.
    🔴 IF THERE IS NO CONVECTION, bake in the same way but place the baguettes higher towards the end so that the crust forms faster.
