From the regular news letter for Waukesha High School Alumni: Starting September 2nd, 2022 [Black Shirts] will be meeting at Dady-oh’s 250 W Broadway in Waukesha, (formerly Paul’s, formerly the Metropolitan) every Friday morning. 8am is the official start time, some arrive earlier, some later... I was in the WHS class of '62
I am actually staying in a Motel not far from here in April (i'm from New Zealand) So really excited to see small town America as well as the larger cities. Your country is beautiful
It seemed to have been a special place to you, cool that you went by and visited this cute town! It felt like it was filmed in a different way than most other walks tho 😁
I definitely hit the wrong button on the camera LOL. But it's been really nice being home the past week and revisiting my old stomping grounds. Glad you enjoyed it!
@@WhereTheLocalsRoam Hah, I get that. A lot to accidentally press. Not only once I ended a walk, pressing the recording button just to see I haven't filmed the entire time...
nice small town with lot of vegetation. at least you can park easily ! 🚘 when I came back to my home town I could not breath so I had pain in chest. now I get used of it ! I wish you dont have this ! thank you for filming and sharing. have a nice day 🌻
I used to get homesick too, when I first moved away. Now I just enjoy coming home and seeing what's changed since my last visit! It's nice to see so many places from my childhood are still there 😊 Thanks for your lovely words, Laura, hope you have a great week!
TIMESTAMPS:

Enjoy! Waukesha's pretty cute :) There's a good donut shop downtown, and The Steaming Cup is still standing -- I went there all the time as a kid!
Hi there I’m coming in this city on February 😊😊
Looks like a real nice place
I’m here friend! Beautiful walking video!
Thanks so much, friend! Glad you enjoyed this slice of my hometown!
BEAUTIFUL CITY
It’s definitely got some charm! I have a much greater appreciation for it now, having moved away. Thank you for watching!

I've also definitely walked for over an hour before, only to get home and realize the memory card wasn't in the camera 😂
