I tried two different poe ipcams on all 4 poe ports of the nvr but they don't work. I had to power the ipcams via an external poe switch. Do you think my nvr is broken? How can I fix it? The model of the nvr is Hikvision HWN-4108MH-8P (4 ch) Thank you
@@gevinsoriano yes sir only that diode big size protecting 52 volts dc for poe you can removed. just removed no need to replace new parts but first if this diode is shorted. because if this not short this another parts need to replace that is the main ic driver function is poe switch and control. may next video will upload this more deep trouble shooting... kabayan k ba sir
@@beniptec yes sir kabayan hehe. Regarding sa question ko sir, natamaan ata kasi ng kidlat yung line namin kaya may pumasok na 24000w dun sa nvr kita ko dun sa camera poe settings. try ko alisin yung diode sana maayos. Thank you Kabayan.

The diode is there for protection i thaough you were going to replace it
bridge diode if shorted required to replace but if the protector diode even not it will work but if you have replace

check all diode near to poe port if ok the ic controller poe isseu or resistor
make sure adaptor is 52 volts or 58
My nvr DS-7604NI-K1/4P port 1 poe not working. The other 3 ports are fine. The poe page shows a red cross on port 1. What is the problem?

Sir ask ko lng po no power din yung nvr ds 7600 ko pag open iilaw sandali ang cam tapos wala n ilaw ang poe
try un plug un ipcam mo at tesf mo pa isaisa baka may short sa isa mo cam if ganun parin chk mo un diode protec sa poe baka short or leak
