I’m glad the judge did implement those things but I really think this bully should have had to pay the victim for her pain and suffering. I don’t think it’s enough to just pay for her COVID test. I am at the tail end of fighting covid after being exposed unwillingly and unaware for about a week ON PURPOSE because the sick person didn't want to lose time at work. Now I lost time with no pay because my sick time was about 5 days and I had to stay out for over 10. Unreal.

My niece has breast cancer and had her surgery postponed cause she got covid. The tumor is so close to her heart no chemotherapy here it is 2 weeks later and Dr has to take the chance and do the double mastectomy. Its being done tomorrow and I'm sitting here writing this with tears running down my face praying she makes it. I don't understand how people could be so selfish and cold hearted that they could do this to another human. To not even putting a mask on for the 10 min to shop to help protect another person is just heartless. Ty so much judge for caring and the lawyer shame on you! Greater Sydney (Sydney Metropolitan area, Central Coast to the north, Blue Mountains to the west, Wollongong and Shellharbour to the south) are in lockdown & have been for about 5-6 weeks. Masks are required when outside your home, or if in a car with someone not of your household. Outdoor exercise for 1hr a day with members of your household, or one person outside your household. One person can go shopping for groceries, once a day. No visitors to the house. Not even extended family. Can only travel 5km or 10km (depends on what local government area you live, due to case numbers) from home for exercise or shopping. Only take away food, no eat in. The lockdown is currently due to end at the end of August. BUT… the stats today are not looking good. 239 new cases and 35 (at least) infectious in the community and 14 dead so far. These stats are just in the lockdown zone, not state wide or national. Just Sydney lockdown zone. On top of what I wrote, the whole state must wear masks when indoors, outside your home or in a car with someone not of your home, we must also use QR codes which are displayed in EVERY business… church, doctors, hospitals, restaurants, service stations, fast food places, shops etc… the QR codes are issued by the state government & you use the government app to scan it, and ‘check in and out’. The privacy rules are strict with the govt one. They hold the data for 21 days. If someone becomes ill with Covid, this data helps the contact tracers know who was in the area at the same time as the positive person. Outside the lockdown zone, we can have weddings and funerals, with reduced guest numbers, and seated restaurants and live entertainment (but everyone needs to wear a mask). We have very low level of vaccination here, due to our federal government botching the vaccine rollout. Less than 20% are fully vaccinated (I am). Please stay safe & get vaccinated when you can.

Type 1 an immunosuppressant condition and type 2 diabetic is metabolic disorder that might have a connection with a suppressed immunity system in which can be also be dysfunctional at a different degree of extent. Thankfully I have gotten my first COVID 19 vaccine of the Monderna brand on Saturday 8th of May. Still I have to get my 2nd one in june. You still have to cover your face with a mask. People fully vaccinated can still get the virus but it won't be as severe or seriously effecting them. It's like the flu shot. Still if someone bad enough to cough on me although I'm fully vaccinated, I will still have charges against them for assault and battery. I don't want their gross and nasty germs on me.

I also have terminal cancer and must wear a mask due to my poor immune system, I also had an encounter. Man started to give me trouble, I reached out to shake his hands pulled back before contact, said hello doctor, since you know all about my medical issues, like that I have terminal stage 4 cancer he must have a new protocol to save my life for sake of my spouse of almost 50 years. The cowardly a-hole stared at me then turned and walked away. I was able to shame him.

10 years is a bit harsh but 30 days is not enough. The victims immune system is greatly compromised due to cancer and treatment, if this woman did have something contagious she very well could have caused this woman great sickness. 6 months maybe a year is fair so she won't ever think about doing it again.

I am at the tail end of fighting covid after being exposed unwillingly and unaware for about a week ON PURPOSE because the sick person didn't want to lose time at work. Now I lost time with no pay because my sick time was about 5 days and I had to stay out for over 10. Unreal.

My niece has breast cancer and had her surgery postponed cause she got covid. The tumor is so close to her heart no chemotherapy here it is 2 weeks later and Dr has to take the chance and do the double mastectomy. Its being done tomorrow and I'm sitting here writing this with tears running down my face praying she makes it. I don't understand how people could be so selfish and cold hearted that they could do this to another human. Greater Sydney (Sydney Metropolitan area, Central Coast to the north, Blue Mountains to the west, Wollongong and Shellharbour to the south) are in lockdown & have been for about 5-6 weeks. Masks are required when outside your home, or if in a car with someone not of your household. Outdoor exercise for 1hr a day with members of your household, or one person outside your household. One person can go shopping for groceries, once a day. No visitors to the house. Not even extended family. Can only travel 5km or 10km (depends on what local government area you live, due to case numbers) from home for exercise or shopping. Only take away food, no eat in. The lockdown is currently due to end at the end of August. BUT… the stats today are not looking good. 239 new cases and 35 (at least) infectious in the community and 14 dead so far. These stats are just in the lockdown zone, not state wide or national. Just Sydney lockdown zone.
On top of what I wrote, the whole state must wear masks when indoors, outside your home or in a car with someone not of your home, we must also use QR codes which are displayed in EVERY business… church, doctors, hospitals, restaurants, service stations, fast food places, shops etc… the QR codes are issued by the state government & you use the government app to scan it, and ‘check in and out’. The privacy rules are strict with the govt one. They hold the data for 21 days. If someone becomes ill with Covid, this data helps the contact tracers know who was in the area at the same time as the positive person. Outside the lockdown zone, we can have weddings and funerals, with reduced guest numbers, and seated restaurants and live entertainment (but everyone needs to wear a mask). We have very low level of vaccination here, due to our federal government botching the vaccine rollout. Less than 20% are fully vaccinated (I am). Please stay safe & get vaccinated when you can.

Type 2 Diabetes can can also get very dangerous when uncontrolled and treated.
Thankfully I have gotten my first COVID 19 vaccine of the Monderna brand on Saturday 8th of May. Still I have to get my 2nd one in june. You still have to cover your face with a mask. People fully vaccinated can still get the virus but it won't be as severe or seriously effecting them. It's like the flu shot.
Still if someone bad enough to cough on me although I'm fully vaccinated, I will still have charges against them for assault and battery. I don't want their gross and nasty germs on me.

I also have terminal cancer and must wear a mask due to my poor immune system, I also had an encounter. Man started to give me trouble, I reached out to shake his hands pulled back before contact, said hello doctor, since you know all about my medical issues, like that I have terminal stage 4 cancer he must have a new protocol to save my life for sake of my spouse of almost 50 years. The cowardly a-hole stared at me then turned and walked away. I was able to shame him.

How the narcissist was created. When we buy a computer and turn it on it doesn’t just do nothing it has had programs download it into it. How the subconscious brain is formed is what we were exposed to between pre-birth and seven years old, our human brains are pretty much like that being the same as a computer. So these mal-aligned acts happened to them early on in age (pre-birth to seven years of age) which as mentioned is when the subconscious brain programming is solidified and as a fact they will never be able to change, (ever). But a MN can also be formed when bad events in life happened to them later in age. -An example of this would be being put into “extreme every man for himself situations”.. All of which is NOT MEANT that you should feel sorry for them bc THEY WOULD ONLY SEE YOU AS WEAK and manipulate you...
-IF YOU WERE TO SHOW THEM KINDNESS, UNDERSTANDING AND EMPATHIZE W/ THEM. Caring for them is only used against You! If you were ever in a relationship with a MN, you’re going to notice things shift when you tell them that you love them because they hate themselves and now you have just told them that you love the enemy whom the enemy is themselves. MN are dead inside and rotting from the outside in and the inside out. To get to the CORE-they have killed off their true self. They (their false self) don’t feel anything that’s why malignant narcissist and sociopaths, antisocial personality disordered personalities, psychopaths etc. don’t have compassion for others and they are shi++y to others and as you can see here with how they say insensitive things that reflect how they don’t care what others feel or think as a result or indication of how they treat others. So to dig into their core content… First these things are scared frightened terrified pathetic cowards, they are deeply mired in absolute fear. They are junkies just like with Heroin/Meth extreme drug addictions and as such they can never get enough of “it” what is known as “fuel” or “supply” or “their drug” but to better explain what this “supply/fuel” is. To get to the inner core, since they have killed off the true self when they were kids, and also important added note to remember they are stuck in a perpetual loop of acting like a 3-7 yr old.

and as this new identity “they can’t feel Anything”. To restate they killed off the hurt crushed kid who had (hurt) feelings. So THEY CANNOT FEEL TRUE NORMAL HUMAN FEELINGS. They do have the ability to feel what is known as cold empathy meaning they know how to hurt others. This comes from them being hurt themselves when they were formed into a MN.
So they cannot feel normal human feelings, except however when they get a reaction from someone… Now the malignant narcissist is getting somewhere, now they can “finally” feel something for the first time. Can you just imagine the brain chemical cocktail they are FINALLY FEELING JOY and the brain receptors and now firing and receiving this brain chemistry for the FIRST TIME in their entire life ? I want you to reallyyyy REALLYYYY think about that for a moment and absolutely get this. And NOW since they have NEVER felt ANYTING it’s soooo off the charts what they NOW feel because now they are feeling something that feels good to them for the first time in their existence and let me tell you
Now..they absolutely can not get enough of it. They became a junkie before they knew you they come after you to get this HIGH. The best of this
fuel/drug is when it’s coming from family
(because when it’s family it’s still a remnant of what is left-over from their true self from before when they killed off their true selves). In situations where it’s their own blood related children, that is top supply to them because they see their children as an extension of themselves. Think of the youth MN who won a football scholarship to a prominent private school but failed on the team. He will come to force his son into a version of himself, a football player yet his son will have no interest in being on a football team. The next best fuel is when they are hurting partners in relationships. And then it’s coworkers and colleagues because this is where they compete and (in their twisted mind) are better than others trying to climb high in the ranks. Really... these personalities are not even a somebody, actually they are just things. Very common for a MN to follow careers as judges, COPS, probation officers, Doctors, Teachers, Nurses, ambulance workers and basically positions where they don’t have a boss instead they are the boss bossing others. These “things” see others much like a tool or an appliance. As a Narcissist/Narc sees things, you are just a vacuum cleaner, lawnmower or blender. When a tool or appliance quits working, yeah one is upset that you now must spend $ for a new one but you just put it by the side of the road it’s not like you have a burial ceremony for it. And just like an appliance or tool is replaceable so are you to the MN. You’re never going to be anything more to them that’s more than just an appliance so avoid a personal relationship with these personalities at all cost. And definitely avoid

This Judge is amazing! The victim handled herself so professionally given all she had to deal with. What a poor example of simple humanity the plaintiff was. What she taught her children in that moment, I have no doubt, will impact their entire life. She had a choice in how she behaved. She did not choose wisely.
