Bodice measurements is very difficult part in drafting. More practice is the better way. You must be Match the measurements to drafting methods

If Back deep 8.5 then take chest/4 after that
Increase chest/4+0.75(or .5” or 1 Inch ) it depended on armhole measure.

Neck width2.5... shoulder 3.5 paettuko Shoulder fall down na... meeru under arm stitching tight chaiyandi. Armhole from shoulder to down 6" keep. Armhole round 18"÷2 =9 minus 1/2 " =8.5 mark in front portion. Then stitch. Wil b correct. R else front portion length half inch less chaiyandi.
