      Instant in the +ve or -ve x axis and for the angle there is no effect of minus, it can be a small mistake that you can rectify yourself but the answer is coming is right

    52:25 The ans I got is
    Φ = 300°
    x = A sin ( ωt + phi)
    x = A sin (ωt + 270° + 30°)
    lets consider ωt + 30° as θ
    sin (270° + θ) = sin ( 90*3 + θ) [This angle is in the 4th Q and sin function is -ve in 4th Q]
    sin (270° + θ) = - cos (θ)
    x = -A cos (θ)
    ∴ x = - A cos (ωt + 30°)

    earlier I didn't take tuitions and used to solely depend on alakh sir.     Because the particle is moving in +x and initially is at -√3A/2. so theta will be 60°. And phi=360-theta ,so phi will be 300.
    And equation of S. H. M. will be
    x=Asin(wt+300)
    x=Asin(wt+270+30)
    x=-Acos(wt+30)
    x=-Acos(wt+π/6)
