As requested, this is a tutorial showing you how to use microcurrent for an anti-aging eye treatment, addressing Crows Feet, Bunny Lines, 11 Lines and more. I'll be showing you how to do this anti-aging treatment with my 7eWellness MyoLift Mini but you can do most of this with any at home microcurrent device, Gua Sha or Gemstone Roller, which I also demonstrate.

Thanks for the video! It would be nice with a video addressing droopy lower eyelids using the Myolift and/or other techniques.
Those little tightening movements under the eye will be helpful. Also, Radio Frequency or LED light therapy are great for stimulating collagen and tightening the skin.

I have a horizontal line above my brow bone which covers most of my arch. I have a Myolift mini and when I purchased it came with the eye and mouth masks. I’m still really a newbie and truly appreciate your expertise and talent with teaching. Thank you very much!
The eye masks diffuse the current give a fantastic energizing treatment to the skin and moderate muscle stimulation. For really addressing fine lines you want to use the probes. Place one probe on either side of the line and spread it apart. It really helps smooth out the muscle.

Hi, love your video. Can we use this for under eye bags and dark circles and how? Also it would help if you tell for how many minitues or time we have to do each zone? Also does it cause heeting of the skin? How to apply the skin care before or after. Sorry this all is new for me thanks.

chris paddock 7e suggests using microcurrent every other day. Just think of it as a workout and schedule rest days into your routine.

I have both the myo mini and clareblend mini but have not been very regular(new year, new goals!). Since I can only use the myolift mini every other day, can i use the clareblend mini on alternate days?

Tina Villa I actually skip “lifting” on the forehead. It’s such an over used muscle that It really doesn’t need much help shortening. I’d suggest using just the Erase setting on the forehead and use Educate to lift the brow. Does that make sense? Maybe I should do a forehead video? 🤔

Hi Kaite, thank you for your videos! I am contemplating buying a Myolift Mini and your videos are very informative. I have a question concerning the motions where you are stretching the muscles. Wouldn't this stretch the skin out, causing sagging later?
Thats a great question! And a valid concern.
But what's so great about true microcurrent is that in addition to addressing the muscle (lengthening or shortening it), microcurrent also stimulates a lot of cellular functions one of them being collagen and elastin formation. Sagging results from lack of collagen and elastin. So ultimately, you are safe to use the Erase setting without worrying about sagging!

I am curious. Since you are able to accomplish the same thing when you use the gua sha OR the Myolift Mini, is using microcurrent more effective or even necessary? I have the Myolift Mini and a gua sha, so I can use either. But do they both have the same effectiveness?
Microcurrent, using the MyoLift mini erase setting, will be more effective and give quicker results than gua Sha. But Together they make a great pair.

is it true the probes are not supposed to touch? If so, why? What happens if they touch?
Nothing bad happens. Mostly it’s annoying to hear them clink. They’ll be more effective for lifting if they aren’t touching and position on either side of the muscle.
When I follow the video, my eyelids actually drop even more... I know it's something I'm doing wrong, how do I fix it?
No crows feet, just need to left my eyebrows and eyelids. Thanks!

Mary Abraham hi! Depth under the eye, due to natural anatomy or fat loss, is the only thing that I have not found a natural remedy for. This is the only time I would consider looking into filler 🙈 Red LED light and possibly Radio Frequency could also be used. Red LED on the lips is really helpful for plumping. Also hydration!

Can you use the nuface along with the myolift mini? The nuface mini is so portable that I would like to use it when it is too much to bring the myolift.
I have been using nuface for about a month and I have noticed little reddish dots pop up at times. Do I have the setting too high? Or is it just my 50 year old skin. Thank you for any help!
Gina B It depends on what they actually look like. A lot of people get reactions to NuFace’s gel. I had some vascular irritation from using the NuFACE but it looked more like broken capillaries than dots. I’d try swapping out gems and see if that helps. I have a video on some alternatives.

Aurla R2-D2 Hi! I think they’re working on being available overseas. Technically you can purchase it but shipping is REALLY expensive. The Facegym, I believe, is EMS and not true microcurrent. I do not recommend using EMS on the face. Your best bet is the Ziip or NuFACE. Sorry!
Thanks so much for your reply! :) What do you dislike about EMS devices? I actually did buy a NuFace Trinity but it broke after one use! My main problem area is the skin above my eyelids, just below my brows, which is sagging :( Guessing the Ziip is not suitable for that specific area? Any advice greatly appreciated! :)
Aurla R2-D2 What a bummer! I’m so sorry. It’s part of the reason I stopped using it.
I believe the Ziip can be used on the eye area for lifting.
EMS creates muscle contractions. This action depletes the cell’s energy, this energy is produced much more slowly as we age. True microcurrent increases this energy which helps your skin function better. This is why I don’t suggest EMS for the face.
Thanks lots for explaining the problem with EMS devices! Wow, I was scarily close to buying the FaceGym Pro - eek! Did your NuFace also stop working? CACI treatments are available in my town so I'm wondering what you think of them?
You can look into using the Planet Express service. I live in Greece, and I use it all the time to buy things from the US. The shipping costs are very inexpensive.

Revathi Sampath of course! The result will be less dramatic however the gua Sha (which I’d recommend over the roller) can be an incredible addition to any skincare routine.
Can this device help with sunken under eye hollows?
Not especially, I'll be reviewing an at home Radio Frequency machine soon that might prove better for that specific concern.
Hello, I am wondering if you are familiar with the microcurrent device that serious skincare makes it's called the microcurrent egg and it's actually quite good and it has two pieces much like the initial microcurrent device you're using so I'm wondering if that would also work for that area of the face you're addressing...I have a line across that goes horizontal across the top of my nose that I would love love love to erase so any ideas for that would be so helpful. I'm a new subscriber and I just spent my morning watching a lot of your nuface Trinity videos because I have a new face Trinity and like I said I also have that microcurrent egg from serious Skin Care, thank you so much. I’m not sure. There’s no information on their website about intensity or waveform. That’s what’s most important when it comes to microcurrent. Do you have this information on the box?

Hello, I just started using myolift for 2 days mainly for my under eyes. The chart it came with is a lttle confusing, do ai use erase mode or educate mode for under eye wrinkles? Sonce the eyes is on the 2 nd page, im not sure its a continuation of the educate mode.
Always use Erase for treating wrinkles and Educate for toning and lifting. Maybe check out my full face demo? That might help show the full routine.
