One of your previos Tignari videos inspired me to main him with Nahida Raiden and Kokomi. I've been having so much fun with this lineup, I am looking forward to lose my 50/50 to him ^_^.
What I really want to know is if the viridescent hunt is better for tighnari or the scion of the blazing sun. I tend to lean towards the viridescent hunt bc I just like the way it looks and its buffs sound cooler lol
@@SharpMe-gk2kw Yep. It's a slight DPS increase over slingshot, but not crazy. Moreso at high refinements. If you already have the slingshot lvl 90 I'd more say do it either for the aesthetic or to be able to shoot long range

I'm starting to build my Tighnari, I have Polar Star, Hamayumi R5, and I was looking to see if Scion would be good to get from the BP coz I'm due to picking a weapon now, I'm not super interested with the other weapons just looking at the Scion, is this still worth to get for Tighnari given that I would R5 this in the future? Or there is another weapon from the BP that is more worth R5ing? I already have R5 Solar Pearl, R5 Serpent Spine(also have navia's bis, wolve's graves), R3 Black Sword(have haran, mistplitter), R1 Deathmatch (I have 2 homa's so don't need) R1 Viridescent Hunt, R2 Wolf Fang (wanted to R5 it before for Furina but I love the energy particles from Favonius more) so yeah idk w/c one to get from the new ones.

If you don't have Tighnari's signature weapon, which is sethos's best in slot, the passive on an r5 slingshot combined with it's sizable crit stat makes it outdo every 4 star weapon and usually every 5 star weapon.

So you should start his combo by E then CA1 then Q then CA2 and CA3. Wasted Q potential without the EM passive. My tighnari deals 420k per rotation at world lvl9 with slingshot.

I think we should start calling these "F2P teams" and "F2P weapons" what they really are: budget. F2P means very little in this game, sure you can't get BP weapons but apart of that it's just cosmetics and getting everything else is just matter of time and activity. But even as a paying player you may want to run a budget team for a while, be it because you're not playing that long and don't have better characters yet, or just don't want to spend too much building better team.
It is a really good proposation. Especially because for some reasen some people are really defensive about being free-to-play so it would help with the misunderstandings as well.

I think rust will be better still unless you really need the crit rate. Yoimiya usually doesn’t do charged attacks, so the passive on slingshot isn’t as useful. Also in inazuma you can get the hamayumi bow which is similar in strength to rust.
Wanderers is better because it gives 35% charged attack bonus while giving 80 em, Guided dreams give 180 em and 100 attack. It's not much of a difference but wanderer tighnari does slightly more damage

I spent a long time debating on what bow to put in Tighnari as mostly cheap to play. I only buy the battle pass and Welkin and I’ve only been playing for a month. I don’t like Slingshot for the same reason as prototype bow. It’s restrictive playstyle. In a difficult battle trying to juggle combos, resources, timing and enemy mechanics can be a lot to handle. And being forced into melee range basically negates to point of a ranged weapon to me. That’s why I went with Scion. It’s CO-OP friendly because you’re putting a debuff onto the target for everyone. And I realize that slingshot is comparable at R5 but if the Scion was R5 I imagine it wouldn’t be a contest. Plus the Scion looks soooo cool.
its funny when i see people comparing bows for tighnari when they just forgot the existence of "King's Squire" which at lvl 90 gives base ATK 454, ATK 55.1% and at R5 gives passive EM 140 after using skill or burst AND deals 180% ATK(physical) to 1 enemy after switching to another character
Unfortunately it's not as good for Tighnari as it suits him visually. Slingshot is much better, more easy to build, cheaper to level up and doesn't cost any bow prototypes.
Tighnari doesn't really want attack though. He scale with EM as well and spread want EM as well not attack. Though Attack still help him, but crit rate/crit damage or even more EM is just better for him.

Considering it was 2 for Scion and 2 for Slingshot despite Scion only being R1 means Scion is the clear winner.
Been using the Fontaine craftable. I think my DPS increase was more than the Scion looks like, but didn't record anything

Every 2nd rotation you lose the whole passiv from the bow due high cd and also after swapping Tighnari out as well. Not a good option imo
