the "worst" exercises isn't necessarily bad exercises. instead of focusing on the intended muscle, they're just more diversified to train other muscles too, hence not to optimal if you just wanna train a certain muscle. so in summary, there's plenty of useful info on the "worst"/low ranked parts

I'm glad the "wall angels" were included as well. I saw saw Hybrid Calisthenics do them as a posture exercise in a few videos, but he didn't go too in-detail about them. Glad to learn it's actually necessary for me to keep my lower back and elbows against the wall too, instead of just heels, butt, shoulders, head and wrists. Not sure how long it'll be before I'm actually physically able to actually do that, though

The front level pull ups and all its variations are absolute back crusher! (of course of an amazing way). A very underrated exercise that I never even see people doing at my local park, strangely. People are obsessed with pull ups, pull ups, pull ups, pull ups, but never do this amazing variation. I've incorporated in my routine since a while and man they do a massive job. Give it a try really!

Started incorporating these techniques to my workouts. Still can't do the perfect arched back pull ups but im on it! I'll be uploading my own workout in my youtube, I hope to progress like this in the future.
