    The concept of tenancy in HUD raises an interesting question:
    Can a member of HUD buy a property in his own name?
    In other words, can he own some "personal" property and some "tenancy-in-common" property (as a member of HUD) at the same time?

      Yes he can, but the payment must not be made from the income of ancestral property.

    Sir Good afternoony- your explanation/knowledge reg property is very nice tnx for that but I want to know that a property'x' have 8 owner out of which two expired they have 4 inherent each transfered that ' x' property to one person what is the procedure and what precaution be kept in mind to purchase the said property and whT section of TPA will apply pl let me know.Regards
