I get S.A.D or winter blues. Its just a low level of blah. Or if you don't get enough sleep or my schedule gets out of whack it can throw me off. Some days it's over stimulation, like if I go on to public a large groups of people fir long period of time, then I can get fog brain, and get burnout for like a day or two as well. But lately, I just cant stop crying 😪 Menopause perhaps, I am at the right age🙄 Had a hysterectomy but still have my ovaries. Don't fancy HRT.
