Then I explain all of the calculations involved in making sure the buildings we are standing in require to meet codes and they kind of get it. But they really don’t lol 😂

Here's my 2 cents for him: STAY AWAY from trendy stocks and trendy crypto and the "next big thing". Start off buying slow moving dividend stocks preferably ETF's....DON'T CHASE STOCKS thinking you're going to miss a bag you'll end up paying too much and lose money. Market crashes are GOOD that means your stock is on sale better to buy after crashes and corrections. I don’t. I’ll say engineer because folks don’t know what I do as a mechanical engineer. They always ask the next question engineering of what. Then I explain all of the calculations involved in making sure the buildings we are standing in require to meet codes and they kind of get it. But they really don’t lol 😂
