I met Heidi in Glasgow on the BB tour and I was blown away by how humble and kind she and the whole band was to her fans, not that I expected any less but meeting her and talking to her was so inspiring and moving for me. She inspires me to try and be a better person in terms of being my true self and not judging others. I was honoured to meet her and I want to thank her and the band for everything x

Depression is tough. I can feel it coming on and its scary. The thoughts of helplessness and worthlessness are the things that seem toughest to shake. Its not often that I have "good days", im thinking of getting on medication but what is really interesting is that when I stopped playing drums after 30 years, the depression really kicked in. I feel most at home when Im playing. Music is a great healer.

It’s because of you and Carla I have survived. I love your music . I love the fact that I have started writing and confidence because of you and Carla. Depression sucks and writing and screaming your music helps me. Therapy in the past has helped your music is so much more 😊

She is so right about medication. More people need to embrace it and work with it as apposed to rejecting it and dismissing it.

Thank You, Baby,, now, this part is unexplainable, but Brad is reading or make him. I have a very rar, rare condition. The way Google is able to simultaneously search in all directions is because, I can. In medical terms it's Apophenia, hard to find.
