I am working towards starting ym own bookkeeping busines this year. I currently work as an office manager and bookkeeper for a family-owned business. I am super grateful for every video that you post, they have been super helpful!! Are you switching to SCorp or an LLC taxed as an SCorp? Would you please consider sharing your experience switching from LLC to S Corp!

Although I know more about bookkeeping and accounting than I do about income tax preparation, I see what you were saying. I think, what you said made so much sense. I hope to learn more about this. Great info. Will have to find that link on the IRS website, that I can see my vouchers that paid. Would be great to just print the list and send it to my cpa. Did you say you where in Oregon? Oregon's ppp and unemployment (or employment as they like to call it) website was all messed up. They would tell you how to answer the questions to make it work. Things like click yes, even though you mean no to questions. And they would keep say, keep applying, because they did not understand the federal plans. They sent me a strange letter saying something like, two years ago we over payed you by some small amount (seems it was under $200) and they wanted it back. But they had a link where I could apply for a federal waver. So I filled that out. Figure in another two years they will get back to me. Sounds like they are so back logged, that it is taking them years to figure things out.

Hello, Great video. The good news is that when you change to an S-Corp, your vendor will not need to issue you a 1099.
