I understood the process, thanks for sharing. I couldn't get the glass bottle, if I use plastic bottle ( got 1.5 liter slice plastic bottles) and open once in every 24 hrs and let the gas escape, then the bottle might not break. Can I do like this please suggest.
Slice bottle is ok.. But don't open it, otherwise carbonation not happen.. If you feel bottle is not good than you can use a balloon on ot, just like I use in grapes yeast making video.

Carbonation ke liye kuch nahi karna hai.. Jhaag kam banega, coz bottle ki capping proper nahi ho payegi.. Bottle capping machine se cap lagni chahiye..It's Beer.
Bhai, In real bottling plant they use carbonation safe bottles, which can handles the pressure.. Coz carbonation kills the yeast and generate alcohol and they do not open it again.. Only end user opens it and got the pressure and foam.

Aap old Beer bottle use kare, fategi nahi...Gas nahi nikalni hai coz fir carbonation sahi nahi hoga or Alcohol kam banega..Alcohol 8-10% hai.
अगर bottels को *5 दिन की बजाय 10-15 दिन* के लिए रखेंगे तो क्या alcohol ज्यादा जनरेट होगा?
5 की जगह 7-8 दिन रख सकते है पर 10-15 दिन रखने का फायदा नहीं है क्योकि Carbonation 7-8 दिन में ही complete हो जायेगा.

Bhai, In real bottling plant they use carbonation safe bottles, which can handles the pressure.. Coz carbonation kills the yeast and generate alcohol and they do not open it again.. Only end user opens it and got the pressure and foam.

Maine 4 litre ki beer banai mujhe yeast mil gaya to Maine 2 spoon daal days .......mera sawal hai ki Maine yeast zyada to nahi daal diya..........?? Baki....prosece to aapki hi tarah ho Raha hai..
2 Spoon to jyada hai, 1 hi kafi hota..khair koi gal ni..Lekin 4 liter ki banai hai to end me 30 min ki jagah 15-20 min boil karna chahiye tha coz 4 L me bahut vaporization ho jayega..Aap kam se kam 7 din ke liye carbonation kariyega.

Shouldn't you be opening the cap/cork briefly every 24 hours to prevent bottles from exploding?
No.. I use bottle Cork coz in lockdown I don't have proper equipment for bottling, so it not needed for that, otherwise in plastic bottle there was a blast.
