    Was good presentation and specially you have shown how to air tight the bottle when we don't have flip top bottles but one very important thing you didn't mention which is burb and open the caps of bottles in every 24 hours or else bottles may explode for too much carbonation

    Sirji drink ke pahle hume filteration process karna hoga kyunki yeast bottle ke bottom mein collect rehta hai

    I understood the process, thanks for sharing. I couldn't get the glass bottle, if I use plastic bottle ( got 1.5 liter slice plastic bottles) and open once in every 24 hrs and let the gas escape, then the bottle might not break. Can I do like this please suggest.

      Slice bottle is ok.. But don't open it, otherwise carbonation not happen.. If you feel bottle is not good than you can use a balloon on ot, just like I use in grapes yeast making video.

    Meine aise hi banaya thaa jisme packet yeast bhi use ki thaa ginger bug me.... jab meine bottling kiya to ek bottle duste hi din me blast ho gayi thi baad me meine plastic bottles me transfer kiya....

    Thanks for sharing sir agar har 24 hrs mein bottle halka nahi kholege toh expolde ho sakta hai due to carbonation. Pls suggest me aur sir percentage alcohol volume kitna rahega pls reply

      Aap old Beer bottle use kare, fategi nahi...Gas nahi nikalni hai coz fir carbonation sahi nahi hoga or Alcohol kam banega..Alcohol 8-10% hai.

    अगर bottels को *5 दिन की बजाय 10-15 दिन* के लिए रखेंगे तो क्या alcohol ज्यादा जनरेट होगा?

      5 की जगह 7-8 दिन रख सकते है पर 10-15 दिन रखने का फायदा नहीं है क्योकि Carbonation 7-8 दिन में ही complete हो जायेगा.

    सर जी आपके विडियो से मेने बीयर बनाई उसमे कारँबोनेशन भी अच्छा हुआ है पर बोतल के नीचे के हिस्से में अदरक का बारिक पार्टिकल बहुत जमा हुआ है बोतल का ढकन खोला तो जाग वाले प्रेसर के साथ सब मील गया तो उसका क्या कर सकते हैं

      Namaskar Vijay ji!.. Yeast ab ready for use hai, kabhi bhi use kar sakte hai.. Baki yeast ko Fridge me store kar sakte hai.. Or har 3-4 din me 2 TBS chini dal de.

    Sir mene aapane kahi hui vidhi se sab kar Diya he.
    Room temperature aane tak 5 hours lag gaye.
    Aour sir mene galati se sugar jaldi mix kar di.
    Baki process aapake kahe nusar hi ki he. Aapako 15 mai ko result batata hu.

    I tried your recipe but questions is that, some down materials in the plastic bottles are the upside , what called that reaction and I can remove gas daily 12 hrs between 2 days process... please share

    Sir aaj 4 din complete ho gaye hai aur meri bottles k top mei bubbles float kr rahe hai. No doubt bottles air tyt hai. Sab sai hai ya koi gadbad hai. In bottles ko shake karu kya bcoz mujhe carbonation hota hua nai dikh raha hai. Pls reply

      Sab sahi hai.. Carbonation dikhata nahi hai Fermentation ki tarah.. Kuch mat karo, 5-6 din baad hi bottle open karna or pahale Maha Thandi kar lena.

      Bhai esme Fermentation nahi ho rha hai..Air Lock fermentation me use hota hai..Esme seedhe Carbonation ho rha hai..Recipe is quite different.

      Gas nikal dene se carbonation theek se nahi hoga or Alcohol sahi nahi banega..Plz use old Beer bottle or Coke-Pepsi wali plastic bottle. Kareeb 10-15 din rakho, coz cold jyada hai abhi.

      Plastic bottles ko aap rakh sakte hai, open karne ki zaroorat nahi hai.. Sugar increase karke alcohol increase kar sakte h, sath hi Or jyada time ke liye fermentation ke liye rakhna hoga.

    Hi...I tried you recipe for the first time. It took one week. And iam drinking beer while typing this message. Lockdown ki wajah se mere pass bottle nahi this to I use ketchup bottle. Carbonation is strong. Thoda kadwa taste h but.
    Nasha bhi hora h but less as compared to normal beer.

    मेरा बीयर का टाईम कम्पलेंट हों गया उसमें कार्बोनेशन भी अच्छा हुआ है पांच दिनों के बाद बोटल का ढक्कन खोला तो प्रेसर भी रीयल बीयर की तरह, स्मेल भी रीयल थी पर उसका टेस्ट थोड़ा सा मीठा था तो क्या प्रोब्लेम हुईं होगी
    अगर उस बोटल को बंद करके चार पांच दिन और रख दिया जाय तो उसका टेस्ट बदल सकता है,??

      Carbonation ke liye kuch nahi karna hai.. Jhaag kam banega, coz bottle ki capping proper nahi ho payegi.. Bottle capping machine se cap lagni chahiye..It's Beer.

      Bhai, In real bottling plant they use carbonation safe bottles, which can handles the pressure.. Coz carbonation kills the yeast and generate alcohol and they do not open it again.. Only end user opens it and got the pressure and foam.

      2 Spoon to jyada hai, 1 hi kafi hota..khair koi gal ni..Lekin 4 liter ki banai hai to end me 30 min ki jagah 15-20 min boil karna chahiye tha coz 4 L me bahut vaporization ho jayega..Aap kam se kam 7 din ke liye carbonation kariyega.

    Shouldn't you be opening the cap/cork briefly every 24 hours to prevent bottles from exploding?

      No.. I use bottle Cork coz in lockdown I don't have proper equipment for bottling, so it not needed for that, otherwise in plastic bottle there was a blast.

      Bhai, aapka Carbonation theek nahi hua hai..Eske do karan honge..Aapka Yeast sahi nahi hoga ya fir aapne kam Quantity me banaya hoga or usko end me 30 min ke liye ubala hoga, jisse jyadatar pani uad gaya hoga or Sugar ki Quantity kafi badh gayi hogi.
