programming this is fairly easy. You probably dont even need a 5axis machine for this part.

งานแบบนี้ทำไมไม่กัด 2d ให้เรียบร้อยก่อน แล้วค่อยมาเก็บรู กัดแบบนี้เมื่อไรจะเสร็จ แล้วจะขายตัวละกี่บาท แข่งขันไม่ได้ งาน3d เก็บไว้ใช้กับแม่พิพม์ อยากโชว์เค้าจะมองว่าบ้า

What kind of stupid 5axis postprocessor cut is at 2:20/2:59. It is for people,who do not understand and know nothing about 3D machining, This could be dome on a 3 axis machine, which is a lot cheaper to buy, thus cheaper to run with just about same result(they eye definitely could not tell the difference). Besides, the speed of cut on aluminum is just wrong,This could be done much faster and without that annoying music...

What was the programming time for this part? And how long to cut? I would be really interested in the finish achieved and how competitive. I have a similar project on a 3 axis machine and currently looking for suitable CAM

не я с офенбурга. у нас фирма старая. я всякие коряги фрезерую. сам програмирую. но там немного. а если много то на каме програмируют.
