ViMeg Vi500 4-1S-LAB Automatic Bottling Line

A brief overview of the new Vi500 4-1S-LAB Automatic Triblock by ViMeg.
The Vi500 4-1S-LAB Triblock is equipped with a 4 Head Gravity Filler, Corking Station for standard wine corks, and Front & Back Bottle Labeler. This particular machine also features a 2 Nozzle Rinse / Dry Station, Inert Gas Injection (prior to corking), Ultrasonic Sensors to detect clear bottles, Heat Shrink Capsuling system, and Inkjet Label Marker for printing date, lot, info, QR code, etc. on labels.
The Vi500 Bottling Line is capable of processing 200 - 600 bottles per hour and can accommodate bottle sizes from 0.3 L - 3.0 L.
