Click on the thing ( mentioned : so basically click on the thing and it will pop up under your clip ) 4. Click on the rainbow 🌈 clip , then go to opacity and set it to 43 ( or anything u want) Done ✅

An easier option: Get your overlay, press the overlay you entered and click mask and choose horizontal and fade it if u want to blend with the sky. Then go on splice and click normal or overlay and adjust to your liking!!
