Its the same reason that your coaching idea is good. No matter how good your problem solving is we can’t get a outside perspective on ourselves , so even coaches need their own coach. I remember struggling with this as a gymnastics coach in a small gym. Find some of those friends that have done it and learn from them. Again with the coaching idea, people think it’s a bad idea because there is competition, but that also means these is demand for it too.
