Massive fire broke out last September 14, at 11:44 am. The devastating fire incident took half of Happyland tondo Manila and leaving many families homeless.
Despite the devastating fire incident, you will notice that the people are still smiling and remain calm. At that time I took a walk on this place I didn’t notice any aggression and people are still polite towards others and outsiders.
