60 Year Old with Skin Jowl Looseness - AMAZING RESULTS

Peggy is 60 years old, and has been a patient of mine for a few years. Previously, I did her lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition. Now, she has returned to address the looseness in her lower face and neck.
Peggy has a very lean build and a very loose SMAS (facial fibrous/muscular) layer.
Her deep neck structures - especially her submandibular glands - could be seen right through the surface of her neck skin.
I did a deep necklift (to reshape the neck foundation) and a deep plane facelift. The deep plane facelift most effectively repositions the SMAS.
Since the facelift was done in preservation technique, the overlying skin traveled with the SMAS and was tightened very effectively.
Finishing touches included a conservative brow lift to prevent bunching in her temples, and CO2 laser resurfacing to refresh her skin texture.
