    There is no space downtown as it is for this. COTA funds need to be used better and a reduction in the number of stops. I will vote no on my tax dollars going to this.

      Acutally there is plenty of space for mass rapid transit networks, Especially on roads with multiple lanes of traffic. Afterall, many studies have proven that adding more lanes for automobile traffic does not solve the problem to traffic jams. For a city of this magnitude, we are overdue for better transit, and we need to move away for car dependency as it is unhealthy physically and mentally, for drivers and people who live by them.
