As LG generally wears LG Uniform. Seems like they didn't even vacuum the unit, which could cause issues over the years, due to moisture mixing with gas inside the unit.

very bad ac panasonic, i am using panasonic from last 3 yrs and pichle saal lg liya hain.. LG faar better hain.. lg zada efficient hain aur cooling accuracy best of rest hain.. but panasonic mein cooling accuracy bilkul bhi nhi hain, kabhi room worm hota hain toh kabhi zada thanda.. inverter ac ka maza hi nhi hain panasonic mein.. jo lg mein hain.

kyunki offline mein logon ko pakad pakd ke ullu bnaya jata hain.. store me jao to hath mein japanese brands hi thoos dega.. kyunki wo brands paisa zada deta hain.. but agar aapko chiz acha chahiyein naaki brand name then u should go with LG inverter ac.. kyunki inverter ac ke segment mein LG best of rest hain.. lg ke bad blue star, ifb, godrej, cruise, voltas acha hain.. but japanese brands are just worst in term of inverter ac, they are good in fixed speed ac only..
LG acs r very sensitive acs plz remember one thing. My uncle has ac of the same brand n maintenance cost is not little. I don't know what is current situation of lg now but if anyone of u had purchased lg in 2016 or earlier their service n product wasn't that good
