And most Vtubers use images of themselves, but Nazuna changes the image she uses from time to time and this time she used Mimitaya, because Mimitaya is cute

I mean tbf, if u look at other agencies they develop a lot of closeness and respect with each other by gaming/hanging out together. While in holo, respect is built before joining the company bcs they are idols. THEN closeness will begin. It's the same with schools when you become friends with let's say the student council president, some will use "pres" as a way of calling that person even after graduating just bcs the respect was there before being friends.
Thats not right. It's a thing across japanese culture. It just depends on the company or streaming group how hard they want to stick to it. Many of the hololive members don't call people they're close to senpai either.

The difference is in how close the relationship between a senpai and a kouhai is. If you’re super close then there is no need to be so strict over the system, unless you’re playing a bit like how Hinano demands Shinomiya to always call her senpai.
