In Canada the yellow line is a dividing line for opposite traffic but in Africa it seems to be the shoulder that has a yellow line and the dividing line is white but then sometimes it's 2 white lines with a yellow line between them and sometimes just white lines what does it all mean? It seems more advanced and futuristic compared to north america
