You’re absolutely right doctor! ❤️ So happy to see this video. I almost canceled my 2nd transfer bc my dad died weeks before, my hormones went out of wack & my lining just wouldn’t thicken this time from the stress. It was slightly under an 8. I worried if the transfer didn’t work I would blame myself for the loss but my doctor felt confident it was still within good range. I prayed over it & went for it. I’m here now 28 weeks pregnant with my miracle!

I am in same situation right now. I lost my mother in law, whom I loved and i love too much. Her passing way made me too much upset 😢 and felt lost. One month ago I proceded IRA everything was good but after then I lost my mother and my hormons gone up and down and the lining thikness couldn't thin over 7.5. I am under medication and injection. Watching to this video gave me hope and faith. I will not gave up till I get pregnant. Thanks Doctor.
What about if we have good linning but do not have triple pattern
The only vdeo that gave me hope in our ivf cycle. Doctor had no hope n told us to wait again but we crossed our fingers n WENT with embryo transfer. BY GOD's grace we r expecting our 2nd child...Hope evrything goes well🙏🧿😊

Had my transfer today. Can you do a video about post transfer. My REI said not to do anything vigorous, no shopping, no vacuuming or cleaning, don’t pick up my toddler, stay cool, no sex until beta. They said not to do a bunch of things but didn’t explain why??? Of course I’ll follow it but Can you do a video on why? Just wondering. Also they haven’t checked my lining in a week & it was 8mm. Why don’t REI’s recheck a day before transfer? Can’t things change in a week?
Hi Dr. Randy, can you please tell me if Arimidex treatment for about 3 months can slightly increase also FSH . My testosterone was in the middle low scale and now is increse like 4 times . Still can't have more than 2mil sperms . No other simptoms or abnormality are presents. All genetic tests are fine .... Any imput will be greatly appreciated!

Can you have implantation success with pcos and with a thicker than normal endometrium ? Everyone mentions issues with a thin lining , but no one mentions if a thick lining creates issues.
My friend has a problem with having too thick of a lining therefore she did IVF for all 3 of her kids. They were all successful the first time around. I hope you consider IVF, good luck.
I'm not considering ivf at the moment. But I'm trying to get pregnant after BC and my lining is only 3mm 😢. Can you a video on how to thicken the lining naturally. Thank you@

Hello doctor, i'm from chennai india my wife endometrium is 20 mm on day 15. My doctor told us that due to endometrium thickness implantation does not occur. If I do ivf , there is any chance of sucess in first attempt and how much % the success rate for ivf

Hi, What do you think of the lining when transferring a day 5 embryo with a day 6 embryo? Both 6cc grade. Does the lining need to match the day the embryo was frozen? One is genetically normal but the other returned an inconclusive result. Thanks

I am in my first frozen transfer cycle (natural cycle), the problem is my uterus lining being too thin and the fertility specialist wants to cancel the cycle. I am measuring at 3.5 on day 10 but because I have PCOS and my cycle is between 39-45 days long. Should I give it more time and request another ultrasound or should we cancel it for this month and move on to a medicated cycle?

Hello dr. Tomorrow I went for scan to decide the day of embroy transfer... But unfortunately my dr. Said my endometriotum thickness is too high.. That is 14.2 mm. So it's not possible to transfer this month 😔😞......she will do scratching and than decide to transfer... I m done with my tubal clipping as well as... This is so exhausted now... And hearting me too.... Is scratching is necessary??? I gone through a lot.... Suffer a lot...

Hello Dr Sono here I did my IvF on the 28 june 2021 then i waited for 10 days to check HCG test,then I did it on the 12 july but the results came negative,so now I'm left with 3 frozen embryos,so I want to know for how long must I wait to do IVF for the second time??

Dr. Morris, is it possible to fertilize only 2-3 eggs at a time to avoid leftover embryos out of ethical concerns? I know it would probably increase lab costs and potentially decrease success rates...but what are options for infertile couples that do not want to have leftover embryos at the end of a successful transfer?

Has progestrone level (P4) to do anything before the egg retrivel..? Or is it only the estrogen level (E2) that matters?
An elevated progesterone level before retrieval
-- could indicate premature ovulation
-- can identify a person who should not try to undergo a fresh transfer

Hi. Can you please give an update about your ivf/transfer progress? I'm currently on Day 11 and my lining is at 13mm already and my doctor asked me to continue with progynova (3tabs 2xa day) and I'm worried it will be too thick by my scheduled FET after 7 days.

Data from large registries suggest that frozen eggs have a slightly lower pregnancy rate compared to frozen embryos. emphasis on the "slightly"

Nabothian cysts are leftovers from fetal development and are of no consequence toward fertility. They are a normal finding

Hi Dr. Thanks for the video. I am in my 1st ivf cycle and my fresh embryo transfer was cancelled due to high progesterone levels. I was told that endometrial reception is out of sync. At day 11 before retrieval my lining was 9.9 and Progesterone was 7.7
Could you please tell if this was possible to be corrected before the egg transfer day.
Also will the thawing process can impact them as one of them was fully hatched at the time of transfer, other 5 are all day 5 blastocyst.

My wife is diagonised with asherman syndrome and mock transfer could not enter catheter into cervix doctor advised for transmyometic embryo transfer.
Could you pls make a video on transmyometric embryo transfer (to wako method) and success rate ..And catheter availability..We are advised to wait 4 months to get the towako catheter ...Pls suggest..
If a person has Asherman's Syndrome, a transmyometrial transfer will not help. The adhesions must be fixed first
@@InfertilityTV hysteroscopy has done to remove the dense adhesion and it reoccurred again even after three months of medications after hysteroscopy.. utereus seems to be fine .But the entry point is blocked .And catheter is not entering . Hence doctor suggested for transmyometrial transfer..We are afraid if we wait for another three months to get the towako catheter which needs to come from Japan to india ..Adhesion might increase ...Is there any other possibility to get the towako catheter as soon as possible .

I've stage IV endometriosis and egg retrieval was done beginning of this month.. out of the 8 eggs retrieved,only 2 were good and the others are useless..and out of the two,one is Grade A and the other is Grade B.. my doctor said that my endometrial lining is very good.. and in order to suppress the cysts, I had Lupride Depot 3.75mg few days ago.. doctor said that after 3 weeks I need to come with my CA 125 report and if everything is fine, then after 2 weeks my embryo transfer can be done.. my CA 125 result was 105.6(took it 10 days ago).. and will take it again before meeting my doctor.. My AMH was 1.97.

My endo thickness was 13.6 but still it didn’t implant .. is it too thick .. I was put under unknown reason for infertility..I even had three lines and I did ERA.. after 5 days of progesterone it shows early receptive .. I was given only vaginal progesterone not injections
1) The data does not indicate a lower pregnancy rate with thicker linings
2) ERA may not be all that helpful. Watch for our future episode on this
3) Multiple studies have found lower pregnancy rates when using vaginal progesterone only as comparted to using it in combination with progesterone injections
Hey your ERA is early receptive by how many hours ? Did u try FET after doing ERA?
