For those who don’t know what a “Nagashi Soumen” is, it’s basically a “noodle river/slide” to western audiences. There’s a few famous attractions where noodle flows down from a water source and is caught using chopsticks, from which you can put in your bowl of broth and soup to eat. The noodles feel endless as they keep coming down, and it makes the experience feel fun and amazing. Unfortunately, a lot of that water dilutes the broth if not strained much, but it’s still very delicious!
(FYI, I haven’t actually been to one, but I’ve done a lot of studying and I’m a food addict, so this is all based on experiences I’ve seen and read online! I’d really love to visit a restaurant one day.)
