When I am opening python its showing Security warning and a inbox comes where it says Access denied and file is quarantined

What happens when a file is quarantined?
When the antivirus puts an infected file into quarantine, it deletes the file from its original location. It's no longer there and can no longer infect your computer. Then it makes changes to the file so that it cannot run as a program, and puts it in a hidden folder that other programs cannot see or access.
So please check about this.

Please check the python directory and check the name of your file, whether that name is colliding with any normal module in python :)

It is available :)
Goto downloads in that select the python version, when you click on python version it will give you files.
In that you can see x86-64 bit executable installer and x86 executable installer.
